Privacy notice
AggiePlan is an invitation-only planning tool. Your email identifies your account. Your display name and major are self-reported. Your plan, course statuses, credit, and meetings are saved to your private account so you can use another device.
The owner can see account names, emails, majors, recent visit times, visit counts, estimated active time, and a recent IP address. Active time is estimated from updates about every 10 seconds while the page is visible and was used within the last minute. A final update is attempted when the page closes or becomes hidden. Visit records are kept for 90 days and the last IP for up to 30 days.
If you connect the OASIS Sync extension, AggiePlan stores allowlisted academic fields from your worksheet: course codes, recorded units, terms, grades, AP exam names and scores, and enrollment, transfer, waitlist and repeat flags. Supported records merge automatically. Unsupported records are retained for review without inferred credit. The latest import and one previous import are stored in your private account, along with the affected academic values needed to undo the latest sync. Your plan exports include this history. Development previews store it only in your browser.
University login and Duo happen on the official university website. AggiePlan does not collect university passwords, Duo codes, session cookies, university account identifiers or raw page HTML. The extension keeps only temporary tab-pairing metadata in browser session storage; it does not store academic records. Sync starts when you choose the Overview action and expires after 15 minutes.
The owner cannot see your plan through the admin dashboard. The course catalog and sample schedule data are shared. This tool does not register you for classes or provide an official degree audit.
